You don’t have to face this alone. Losing a pet is one of the most difficult things a person can experience. Whether it is sudden or anticipated, the loss of a pet is a highly emotional time. We are proud to offer the Pet Compassion Careline, exclusive to our customers and their pet parents. Available in English, Spanish and French, pet parents and their families will have access to experienced, professional, and confidential counsellors. Our Pet Compassion Careline is staffed 24/7 exclusively by Master’s and Ph.D. level clinicians with at least 5 years’ experience in the counselling field. When you contact the Pet Compassion Careline, your call is immediately answered by a Careline grief counsellor. We are continuing to provide the best in pet aftercare and pet grief support.
