January 29th
Bake For The Animals

February is here and with it comes the sweetest fundraiser of the year.

From February 1st-28th we invite you to “Bake For The Animals.”

Don’t worry, if you can’t bake. Love for the animals is all you knead (more baking puns to come). Seriously dough, we need participants who enjoy eating desserts too!

Whether you are a pastry chef, enjoy making yummy treats in your kitchen, or just simply have a sweet tooth, there is a way for you to participate in this fundraiser.

This year we want to make history in the baking and reach our goal of $20,500.00

Once again several local bakeries have joined our fundraiser. We want to give them a standing oven-ation for continuing to support our animals during these difficult times. Showing these kind folks your love by shopping local is the yeast you can do!

Also, to make sure everyone stays safe, we’ve added virtual ways to get involved.

To help us reach our goal we put on our creative chef hats and came up with 5 different ways for you to participate.

Enjoy baking? Set up a peer2peer profile as a way to collect donations for your baked goods.

Have a baking success or fail to share? Enter the contest on our Facebook event pages. KW: @kwhumane / Stratford: @sphumane

Craving sweets? Bid on an auction item. (Follow our social feeds throughout February.)
