The Humane Society of Kitchener Waterloo and Stratford Perth is pleased to offer public services at our brand new Spay Neuter Clinic at the Stratford Perth Humane Society! We offer reduced cost spay and neuter services at our high-volume, high-quality spay-neuter (HVHQSN) clinic. This type of clinic is designed to provide means to control pet overpopulation using efficient surgical procedures, while still offering a high standard of medical care.

All surgeries are performed by licensed veterinarians and registered veterinary technicians. We only offer services for cats at this time. The public, rescue groups and other shelters are welcome, regardless of geography or income. Due to the high volume nature of our services, we have restrictions regarding which animals are acceptable candidates for anesthesia and surgery through our clinic. Please see our Eligibility Requirements for more information and detailed restrictions.

Please note that while we do offer vaccination services at time of surgery, we strongly recommend ensuring your pets are up to date on vaccinations prior to their appointment. Any vaccinations given less than two weeks prior or at time of surgery are unlikely to provide any protection against contagious disease exposure during your pet’s stay at the SPHS.
