This is a first-come first-serve event. Your name will be added to your preferred artists schedule in order of when you arrive. We will call you when there is one person in front of you to give you enough time to arrive back to the event and fill in the required waivers/payment.

Given the limited time we may not be not be able to get to everyone on the list if you are further down. We encourage you to arrive early to ensure you can get a good spot on the waitlist!

Doors will open at 9:45am. The lineup will start outside and go around the building before doors open. Please dress for the weather!

No, this is a flash tattoo event with pre-designed flash sheets. You can view the available designs on the event webpage.

The flash designs are repeatable, meaning they will be available to tattoo on multiple people. Since the designs are meant to be ready-to-use and reused, there will be lots to choose from throughout the event!

The flash tattoos will be limited to arms and legs as there will be limited privacy during the event.

The flash sheets will be displayed on boards on either side of the event space. Each board will correspond to one of the artists that is tattooing this event. Once a design and artist has been selected please proceed to the registration desk to add your name to that artists waitlist.

When you add your name to the artist’s waitlist you will include a phone number. When there is one person in front of you, we will call you to arrive back in time for your spot. You will have a 15 min window from the call to arrive back to the artists station. If you do not arrive within that window, we will move on to the next person on the waitlist.

Due to the limited parking lot size at the Stratford centre, and to avoid affecting regular daily operations, please use the free street parking along the street in front of our building. The Stratford centre will remain open during this event for regular adoptions, community services, and other daily operational needs.
