Wildlife
As our cities grow, we continue to share land with many wildlife. The Humane Society of Kitchener Waterloo and Stratford Perth is an advocate for finding ways to safely and humanely co-exist.
The Humane Society of Kitchener Waterloo & Stratford Perth supports sick and injured wildlife in our contracted service areas.
We work with licensed wildlife rescues within the Province of Ontario to assess and triage, and transfer to their facilities.
If you find sick or injured wildlife in a municipality outside of our area, please contact your local municipal office to determine who your contractor is. If you do not have a wildlife provider in your area, you can reach out to one of the wildlife rescues below, or call the Kitchener Waterloo Animal Centre or Stratford Perth Animal Centre and we can help to provide you wildlife rescue contacts.
